The most ancient history of Holimoren is passed down from the truly ancient races: the Dragons, Treants and Galeb Duhr. They tell of the original god: Unimus. They say the world was created by Unimus the One. He (no one is sure to the gender of Unimus, but is credited as being male due to one of his oldest names, the All-Father) created Holimoren and sat above his creation and wondered what to do with it. He thought of eight things to do, and he wrestled with them for over a million generations of time. Finally he decided that each part in his mind had an interesting part. So he split into nine (eight interesting things plus one of doing all of them) pieces while still remaining whole. Each pursued a different perspective of the world he created. These perspectives became the foundation of each alignment. Together the 10 (Unimus plus the 9 fragments) together form what scholars call the Unimus Gods.
At the Foundation (the creation of the Universe), Unimus used the four primary Elemental forces (Air, Fire, Water, Earth), the two Energy Elemental forces (Positive, Negative), and the two Order elemental forces (Order, Chaos) before the creation of the three Time Lords (Past, Present, Future). joined reality. The Nine named themselves, and each was a pure representation of the forces of Positive Energy, Negative Energy, Order and Chaos. Energus, equal parts Positive Energy and Order, was a celestial Paladin, bringer of Good and Law. Aerlia, balanced between Order and Chaos, embodied all that was positive and good. She was about the betterment of the world, and is often called the mother of Holimoren. Fractis was the creator of things, a Chaotic process for Good, using his positive energy side to make anything and everything. Cryztalix, was neither positive or negative, but was pure order. Structure is his game, and is the creator of the laws of physics, math and chemistry. Tolo also draws energy from both sides, but is about breaking down the structures of the world. The lord of Chance and luck, he is both genders and neither. Minamus Nix, deeply believes in the rule of Law, but his drawing from the fountain of negative energy makes sure it will always be for his own purposes first. Gainsay, cares not of order or chaos, only that the selfish and negative are foremost in the land. Storande, the smallest of the fragments of Unimus, has grown powerful and larger, feeding off of the chaos and negativity of others.
